About CUPE Members at RDP

CUPE Local 1445 represents about 150 Red Deer Polytechnic staff, working in areas as diverse as Human Resources, Campus Management, the Library, Financial Services, Student Services, and more.

Our Local is directed by the membership through general meetings that are held three times each year. The Executive meets monthly to discuss concerns, issues, and ideas put forward by our membership.

The Faculty Association of RDC (FARDC) represents a membership of more than 400 instructors, counsellors and librarians at the post-secondary institution.

FARDP's mission is: to foster a positive environment in the College by facilitating the pursuit of teaching excellence and by promoting the professional and personal growth and well-being of its members.
