Cost for commercial organizations:

  • Ticketed Event: $272 per hour; $1264.80 for a five-hour block
    • $2 per ticket for our Facility Enhancement Fee (paid by the ticketholder)
  • Non-Ticketed Event:
    • $200 per day for our Facility Enhancement Fee
  • Festival (non-ticketed): $775 per half-day; $1,550 per full-day; $350  Facility Enhancement Fee
  • Facility rental for rehearsal time and set-up: $147 per hour

Features: Barrier-free seating area, concert grand piano and percussion backline, variable acoustics, theatrical stage lighting, sound reinforcement system, theatre seating, digital audio mixer, 11 piece full orchestra shell, 35’ wide stage, counterweight rigging, sprung oak stage floor, video projector and screen,  configurable to accommodate various events
