Red Deer Polytechnic will continue to provide online, blended, and hy-flex learning opportunities for students, wherever possible. We will also offer select programs through a blended format, with some courses offered online and some (such as labs, shops and seminars) on-site, where required.

Services for Students
School offices and services will continue to be offered online and in-person during core business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm). This will ensure students can continue to seek supports and information whether they are on-campus or connecting virtually.

Residences
Red Deer Polytechnic’s Residences have implemented a variety of protocols to help keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Residences provide a friendly atmosphere and safe accommodations for more than 600 students, with a variety of unit styles (including single and shared accommodations) to choose from.
Our Residence Administration team will continue to create a comfortable home-away-from-home for our students while adapting protocols to ensure everyone remains as healthy and safe as possible. Our goal is to ensure our residents enjoy a memorable and safe experience living on our main campus.
