All Red Deer Polytechnic students, faculty, and staff automatically have a NEOS (RDP) Library account! Your NEOS Library account provides access to electronic resources (databases, e-books, e-journals), plus allows you to borrow Library materials. Find out what your membership includes.

Your Library Account

You can log in to your NEOS Library Account (with your iCard barcode and NEOS PIN) to:

• renew items that you have checked out

• view items you have on hold

• view items you have checked out

• view your Library fines

Don't know your iCard barcode?

Check your Red Deer Polytechnic email - all students receive an email indicating their iCard barcode. If you can't find it, or have any questions, contact us during Library hours.

Don't know your NEOS PIN?

Get your NEOS PIN - enter your iCard barcode and your RDP email address, and your NEOS PIN will be emailed to you. 

Change your NEOS PIN (you'll need your iCard barcode and current NEOS PIN)
*change will take 1-2 hours to take effect
