Gifty actively works to provide an accessible learning environment for all students by working collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and community service providers to reduce and eliminate the disability-related barriers that students may experience while pursuing their post-secondary studies. Gifty is driven by her desire to create an accessible and inclusive learning environment for diverse learners in which they thrive and achieve their academic goals. Gifty also teaches Mental Health First Aid.
