Lynne Madsen

Biography

Lynne Madsen joined Red Deer Polytechnic in 2012 as a Practical Nurse Program Instructor. Teaching in labs, lectures and clinical course throughout the program and she has been Chair of the program as well. For the past two years she has been teaching in first and second years of the BScN program. 

Lynne has nursing experience in gerontology and medical/surgical care. Her passion and the majority of her experience is palliative care. As a palliative nurse she earned her Canadian Nurses association certification in Palliative/Hospice Nursing.
