The Red Deer Polytechnic Career Education and Experience Development (CEED) Centre provides a centralized access point connecting post-secondary students with employers and community partners.
CEED engages employers and community partners with RDP students to make early and valuable connections. These relationships help to create a future workforce that contributes to the economic and social development of the province and aligns with the needs of the labour market.
As an employer or community partner, CEED creates different pathways to enhance your connections and opportunities with RDP. From posting a current job or volunteer opportunity on our Student Job Board, to creating a work-integrated learning opportunity, there are many ways to hire our students.
