Join Our Team
Red Deer Polytechnic’s greatest asset is the people who work here.
Our people are passionate and make a difference every day. At RDP, we offer a variety of employment opportunities for faculty and staff roles across our post-secondary institution.
RDP has been offering diverse programs and opportunities for learners since it was founded – as Red Deer College – in 1964. In 2021, we announced a new chapter in our evolution, when our institution officially became Red Deer Polytechnic.
To fulfill Red Deer Polytechnic’s mission of advancing economic and social development in Alberta, people representing diverse perspectives and experiences are required. We welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous persons, Black and racialized persons, women, persons with disabilities, persons with any sexual orientation and persons of any gender identity or gender expression.
Red Deer Polytechnic provides job applicants with accommodations in accordance with the Alberta Human Rights Code. To request an accommodation, please email People & Culture.
All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority.
