Biography

Ray has experience as a teacher, curriculum leader, coordinator, and college instructor. Now as Educational Multimedia Specialist, Ray helps support the integration and application of various forms of media and technical tools used here at Red Deer Polytechnic. He works closely with learning designers, program faculty, and other users of the Centre of Teaching, Learning and Scholarship, in order to provide assistance in a variety of classroom technologies based on evidence and best practices.

Ray's main areas of expertise include software support for tools like Blackboard Learn 9.1, Respondus Lockdown Browser/Monitor, G Suite, and Office 365. He is also skilled at online course design and development, as well as video and resource development.
