RDP Travel Photo Contest
RDP Abroad is thrilled to announce the 2025 RDP Travel Photo Contest. This contest will showcase your international adventures to the RDP community.
The contest is open to all current RDP students, staff, faculty and recent graduates. You can submit photos taken during a study abroad experience or your personal travels. Share your most captivating images to inspire others to discover the world.

- Whether it's a breathtaking mountain view, a serene beach scene or a tranquil forest, capture the beauty of nature and let your photos tell the story of the natural wonders surrounding us.
#Tradition/Culture
- From vibrant festivals to timeless customs, celebrate the diverse heritage of global communities. Capture the essence of tradition in its many forms and share the stories from around the globe.
#City View/Life
- Capture the vibrant energy and unique character of cities around the world. From bustling streets to iconic landmarks, highlight the dynamic interplay of people, architecture and culture that defines city living in all its glory.
Contest Timeline
- Submission Period: September 15 – October 5, 2025
- Shortlisting: October 6 – 15, 2025
- Public Display/Online Voting: October 16 – 31, 2025
- Winner Announcement: November 5, 2025
Contest Details
Eligibility
- Open to all current RDP students, staff, faculty and recent graduates (Class of 2025).
- Open to students in a Collaborative/University Transfer program who studied at RDP during the 2024/2025 academic year.
- All photos must have been taken between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025, and must be the photographer’s original work.
Photo Format
- High-resolution digital photo files only (min. 300 dpi, JPG or PNG files).
- Must be submitted via the form. No hard copies.
- Image files must not be larger than 10MB.
- Avoid heavily edited, filtered, blurry or overexposed images.
Contest Rules
The submitted photo(s) must be the photographer's original work. The photographer must sign the entry form, and any prizes won will be awarded solely to the photographer.
Participants can submit a maximum of 3 photos (up to 1 photo per category).
The submission form and photos must be received by RDP Abroad by October 5, 2025, at 11:59 pm MT.
All photos must be deemed appropriate for display, as per RDP policies.
