Kendyl Stretch graduated from the University of Alberta in 2021 with a degree in dietetics, becoming a registered dietitian. With a deep passion for food, she advocates for food freedom and finding a balance between eating for nourishment and enjoyment. Transitioning her passion into a profession, she began her career as a mental health and eating disorder dietitian at AHS. Later, she established her virtual private practice, focusing on assisting individuals in improving their relationship with food and overcoming chronic dieting and disordered eating habits.

Kendyl will present on disordered eating in sports. Topics included are: Identifying disordered eating, the prevalence, how it can impact sports performance and strategies to help overcome disordered eating habits.
