World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day, acknowledged each year on October 10, is an opportunity for everyone across the world to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing. The day aims to get people talking and to reduce stigma and discrimination towards people living with mental health challenges and for their families and communities.
