In Memoriam: Dr. Peter Nunoda

Red Deer Polytechnic is saddened to learn of the passing of former President, Dr. Peter Nunoda. Having served as President from 2019 to 2021, Dr. Nunoda led the transition of Red Deer College to Red Deer Polytechnic, including the launch of three baccalaureate degrees and the creation of an international recruitment strategy. He was also instrumental in leading the organization through the COVID-19 global health pandemic.  

Flags will be lowered to half-mast outside the main campus entrance from May 30 - June 2, 2023, in remembrance of Dr. Peter Nunoda and his contributions to RDP.
