Rita Louw

Biography

Rita Louw teaches Human Resource Management at Red Deer Polytechnic. She joined Red Deer Polytechnic in 2016 as a Curriculum Developer for the Human Resources Management Post Baccalaureate Certificate where she now teaches.

Rita started her academic career in 1993 as a Lecturer at the former Technikon South Africa. In 1995 she joined the University of Pretoria as a Senior Lecturer. After immigrating to Canada in 2013, she worked as a Training Coordinator at Quinn Contracting in Blackfalds. Before joining Red Deer Polytechnic, she also taught Human Resource Management at Mount Royal University in Calgary.
